The six courses or modules in our Certificate of Nonprofit Board Education Series are no longer available for individual purchase, as we prepare for the launch of our new certificate program. The modules cover the fundamental nonprofit governance concepts every nonprofit leader should understand and are available on-demand so you can watch them whenever and wherever you’d like.
The Board-Staff Partnership course helps participants understand the roles of the board and staff and the factors that influence their relationship. Additionally, participants will gain insights on cultivating an effective board-staff partnership by developing realistic expectations designed to foster an open and constructive relationship.
