The six courses or modules in our Certificate of Nonprofit Board Education Series are no longer available for individual purchase, as we prepare for the launch of our new certificate program. The modules cover the fundamental nonprofit governance concepts every nonprofit leader should understand and are available on-demand so you can watch them whenever and wherever you’d like.
The Oversight and Accountability course outlines the board’s responsibilities in three key areas — financial oversight, legal oversight, and programmatic oversight. This training will equip board members with questions to ask when evaluating the organization’s financial health, strategies for managing legal liability, and a strong grasp of the difference between monitoring and evaluating the organization’s programs.
