Biography: As a Senior Consultant and Managing Principal, Lynda brings strong HR and organizational development experience. She advises nonprofit, higher education, and corporate clients on culture, governance, strategic planning, succession planning, team building and executive coaching. Lynda holds a PhD, MBA, EdS, and BS. She is an ACE Certified Coach and a former nonprofit leadership faculty member. She designs and facilitates planning sessions and retreats to strengthen leadership and capacity.
