Biography: David Falchek CAE, IOM, CMP brings more than a decade of nonprofit executive experience combined with a lengthy record of service on fiduciary boards. A frequent speaker at conferences and guest on podcasts on matters of governance and ethics, David developed a Consent to Serve agreement that has become a standard for board recruiting and vetting. David serves as chair of a municipal board of ethics, treasurer of a credit union, and regent of the Institute for Organization Management.
