Biography: Dr. Erin Hastey helps boards build the relational strength they need to serve the organizations they steward. Erin has worked with nonprofit and publicly elected boards for over a decade, specializing in board evaluation and development, and executive evaluation. She holds a PhD in Educational Leadership and Analysis from UW-Madison, where she wrote her award-winning dissertation on community college governing boards and student success. Based in Wyoming, she works nationwide.
