Biography: Danah Williams, M.A., LMFT, helps nonprofit boards close the gap between good governance on paper and effective leadership in practice. With degrees in Organizational Leadership and Clinical Psychology, she integrates systems thinking, behavioral insight, and fiduciary experience to improve board culture, decision-making, and accountability. A former president and current CFO of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, she also serves as CEO of a mental health corporation.
