Survey Guidelines

Please keep the below in mind when completing a survey.

• The survey does not need to be completed in one sitting.
• Your progress is saved every time you move to the next page.
• If you wish to exit the survey and return to complete it later, close your browser and you can finish the survey from the point where you left off.
• Please note you must use the same computer AND browser to the whole time.
• If you completed the survey and want to edit your answers please send us an email and we will reopen the survey for you.
