Rachel Pierce
Assessments Team Lead
As an assessments services account representative, Rachel Pierce provides account management and client support to our clients who purchase online assessments.
Prior to joining BoardSource in 2019, Rachel worked for the Maryland Department of Natural Resources as an office services clerk where she helped watermen in Maryland process their monthly shellfish harvesting reports. While there, she also worked on learning the ins and outs of database management and earned “The Inventor” award for her creation of a new report scanning process. She holds two B.S. degrees: one in biology from Salisbury University and another in environmental science from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. On weekends, Rachel can be found trying new recipes at home or sight-seeing along the Chesapeake Bay.
