Vanessa Womack is a skilled facilitator in leadership, governance, DEI, soft skill training, and team dynamics. As an experienced course designer, she developed the successful LinkedIn Learning course “Managing A Diverse Team”, wrote the audio course on Listenable, “Practicing DEI Can Improve Organizational Culture”, and completed a certificate for training for DEI in the Workplace.

Her background includes:

• Facilitating board and compliance training at Community Health Centers for a state Primary Care Association and other organizations
• Working as a BoardSource Certified Governance Consultant
• Serving as Lead Faculty-Area Chair in the School of Business at the University of Phoenix
• Coaching career transitioning clients for future roles
