About Nataliya


Natasha Dresner has 25 years of experience working with nonprofits and holds a B.A. in Management and an MBA.

Natasha came to the United States in 2001 from Kiev, Ukraine. She helped co-found the first Reform synagogue established in Kiev since the Russian Revolution. In 1996, she went to work for the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee (AJJDC), where, by the time she moved to America, she served as head of the Finance department and as an organizational development consultant to the broad spectrum of AJJDC’s nonprofit beneficiary organizations.

In New York City, Natasha ventured into the for-profit consulting world for a time before moving to the Berkshires to take the Executive Director position with a local congregation. She joined the Harold Grinspoon Foundation (JCamp 180 Program) as an organizational development consultant in 2005. Natasha works with a diverse array of nonprofit clients and provides consulting services in Governance and Board Development, Fundraising, Strategic Thinking and Planning as well as Leadership Coaching and Training.

She is a BoardSource Certified Governance Trainer, and a frequent presenter, speaker, and facilitator at conferences. Natasha writes a bimonthly nonprofit column, called “The Nonprofit Prophet”, which appears in The Berkshire Eagle, and eJewish Philanthropy.
