Associate Director of Client & Member Services
Natalie Younger manages BoardSource’s client and member services team, which oversees the administration of our assessment tools (over 600 tools per year), and is the public interface for customers, clients, and members looking for support with our products, website, or memberships. Natalie is a driven and organized leader, who specializes in streamlining systems and creating efficient workflows. Before joining BoardSource in 2015, she supported various mission-driven and nonprofit organizations. Natalie holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and philosophy from the College of William and Mary.
