Carson Jager

Carson Jager is the senior manager of marketing and memberships at BoardSource, where she collaborates on marketing initiatives that drive member engagement and amplify the organization’s mission and reach across the social sector. With a strategic focus on branded content, marketing automation, and digital media, Carson creates campaigns that connect nonprofit leaders with the tools and insights they need to strengthen board governance.

Since joining BoardSource in 2021, Carson has played a key role in shaping the organization’s marketing efforts. Her work bridges marketing and member education to ensure that BoardSource’s offerings are impactful and accessible.

Carson holds a bachelor’s degree in Theatre from Greensboro College in North Carolina. She brings a creative lens to her work and a passion for storytelling that informs her approach to marketing.
