It is vital that organizations prepare for leadership succession months, even years, before an actual transition occurs. Planning is the critical component to ensuring effective leadership transition. The more thoughtful and thorough the planning, the more successful the succession will be. Participants of this webinar will learn how to develop plans for two types of leadership transition – emergency transitions and strategic leadership development for future transition.
