Developing a deeper understanding of the ways in which board and staff can advocate and stand for the mission

Crowdsource Consultancy
Problem solving/consulting together

  • A participant will provide a consulting scenario (we’ll do this more than once)
  • Other participants will ask clarifying questions
  • Group will consider solutions and offer to the presenting participant
